EXPLANATION:-

  • Step 1:- We can write 16 as (4)^2 and 8 as (2)^-3
  • Step 2:- We know that we need to substract in divide and addition in multiply so we are substracting (4)^2 and (4)^-3 together
  • In the next step we have to change the (4)^7 as (2)^2*7 and we get (2)^14
  • Next as earlier explained we have to substract (2)^14-3 and we get (2)^11

ANSWER WE GET AT LAST IS (2)^11*(t)^4
