Clean India movement is an initiative taken by the Prime Minister of India i.e. Narendra Modi. It was the dream of Mahatma Gandhi to make our India clean and green. Through this movement our India which was considered the most dirty place is now considered the most clean place . The whole credit goes to Mr. Narendra Modi who has made our India a developing one.

India is a vast country in the north east of the world.India comes on the 2nd place in population when comparing to other nations and this increasing in number of population causes mess and moreover squalor throughout the country. The increasing of pollutants in water , soil and also in air is the main reason for increasing in diseases among the people. The peoples are just throwing garbages here and there without thinking about the country. Moreover some people used to throw litters on some cultural and religious spots which creates and feeling of abhor for the country in the mind of foreigners who came there. By seeing these all problems our government had taken some severe decisions. The government also started many programs and campaigns to spread awareness and to make the country clean. 'Swachh bharat abhiyan' is the one among the numerous programs.
Also , many slogans like ' ek kadam swachhata ki or ' were used to spread awareness about cleanliness. So, we all need to accrued together and make the nation clean and healthy.
