Step-by-step explanation:

perimeter=2(L+B)

L=2x+y=3x-y

2x+y=3x-y

x=2y

perimeter=120cm

2L+2B=120

L+B=60

2x+y+2x-3=60

since x=2y

4y+y+4y-3=60

9y=63

y=7cm

x=14cm

L=2x+y

L=2x+y=35cm

L=2x+y=35cmB=2x-3

L=2x+y=35cmB=2x-3=25cm

Area=LB

=35*25

=975 cm²
