according to me ...if i get a chance to frame the rules for governing india then first i would carefully look after the education system of our country ... as we cant change the present and past but we can future ..so fr better future we should look after excavating pure talents
to do so we need a system in which admissions are given on ability and not social status ...it is true that if we rely purely on ability some pure talents will remain hidden ..so for that we need to just twist and turn the law.... such as
RESERVATION
We can give reservation to only those who are below poverty line and have the will to achieve something ....this can be done by conducting an entrance exam .
lot many changes can be brought but in perspective of Leila Seth i feel so
