Answer:

Identities used:-)

 log_{x}(x)  = 1 \\  \\  log_{  {x}^{y}  }( {m}^{n} )  =  \frac{n}{y  }  \times  log_{x}(m)

_____________________________

Firstly on solving LHS we will get a constant and then we will find value of x.

Given expression can be solved for x using above identities as:-)

 log_{9}(27)  = 2x + 3 \\  \\  log_{ {3}^{2} }( {3}^{3} )  = 2x + 3 \\  \\  \frac{3}{2}  log_{3}3 = 2x +3 \\  \\  \frac{3}{2}  \times 1 = 2x + 3 \\  \\  \frac{3}{2}  = 2x + 3 \\  \\ 2x =  \frac{3}{2}  - 3 \\  \\ 2x =   - \frac{ 3}{2}  \\  \\ x =  -  \frac{3}{4}
