 \large\rm\red{ \dfrac{7x+5}{3x-19} = \dfrac{5}{9} }

 \large\sf{↪ 9(7x+5) = 5(3x-19)}

[By cross multiplication.]

 \large\sf{↪ 63x+45 = 15x-95}

 \large\sf{↪ 63x-15x = -95-45}

 \large\sf{↪ 48x = -140}

 \large\sf{↪ x =\cancel {\dfrac{ -140}{48}} =\cancel{ \dfrac{-70}{24}} = \dfrac{-35}{12}}
