So

23 /6 + -5 /-12.

( - will be cancel I'm numerator / denominator)

23/6 + 5/12

take lcm of ( 6, 12 is 12)

23*2/6*2 + 5/12

46 /12 + 5/12

So

51/12

hence your answer is

17/4 ( 51/12 is divisible)

= 17/4
