Solution : Let the x = 32.12353535....
Multiply 100 from both the sides

100x = 3212 + 0.3535.....

( x = 0.35.... => 100x = 35.35...
99x = 35 = > x = 35/99 )

100x = 3212 + 35/99
100x = ( 317988 + 35 )/99
x = 318023/9900

100x = 3212.3535... - (1)
Multiply both the sides of equation (1) by 100
10000x = 321235.3535... - (2)
Subtract equation (1) from equation (2)
10000x-100x = (3212535.3535...)-(3212.3535...)
9900x = 3209323
x = 3209323/9900
So, the p/q form of 32.123535... is 3209323/9900
Further also we can do the calculation but this much answer is also enough.....
