Evaporation depends on
1.Surface area:as the surface area increases,rate of evaporation increases.
2.Wind:as the wind speed increases, rate of evaporation increases.
3.Humidity:as the humidity increases,rate of evaporation decreases
So,
Test tube has smaller area as compared to the china dish.
the rate of evaporation will be more in case 1 as under tge fan wind speed increases and hence evaporation increases while if they are kept in the cupboard, the rate of evaporation decreases because of the absence of wind

if above activity is carried on rainy day tgen rate of evaporation will decrease as on rainy day humidity is present so (from 3) rate of evaporation decreases.
