Manipal University provides scholarship on the basis of merit.
Candidates who have secured within the first 100 ranks in BTech merit list in Manipal entrance exam are offered 100% freeship.
Students who scored ranked between 101 to 1000 are awarded schoarship on the basis of annual income of parents.

There is AICTE Scholarship as well for B.Tech students which is offered to economically backward students. It provides fee waiver to the students whose parents income is less then 6 lakhs.
