let numerator = n

denominator = d

d = 2n - 3

and

\frac{n -  \frac{1}{2} }{d +  \frac{3}{5} }  =  \frac{45}{76} \\  \frac{ \frac{2n - 1}{2} }{ \frac{5d  + 3}{5} }  =  \frac{45}{76}  \\  \frac{2n - 1}{5d + 3}  =  \frac{9}{38}  \\ 76n - 38 = 45d + 27 \\ 76n - 45d = 65

solving the two equation to find n and d value,

n = 5 , d = 7

 \frac{numerator}{denominator}  =  \frac{5}{7}
