A bulb has two terminals, one for sending the current to the filament and the other is for receiving it back. Every electric component has two terminals one to send the current to the device one to receive it back. It is not possible for any device to have only one terminal.

bulb has 2 terminal one is positive and other is negative this is because for the flow of electricity always go from positive to negative and hence battery also have a positive and negative so to complete the circuit and regulate the flow of current it have two terminals.
