The conflicts betweenn the nawabs and East India company started when the nawabs refuse to grant company Constructions and demanded large tribute for the company's right to trade. The nawabs also denied the company any right to mint coins and stopped it from extending its fortification. The nawabs accused of deciet and claimed that the company was depriving the Government of huge amount of revenue and undermining the authorities of nawabs. it felt that the demands of the nawabs unfair and that day trade couldn't be flourish only if the duties were removed. The company wanted to enlarge its fortification and built Forts. all these lead a conflict between the nawabs and the company.
