Dear DiaryToday, I won the first prize for my Science
model!A Science Fair was organised in our school
to create interest in the application of science concepts learned by students
in class. Students displayed various models, some of which were working models:
lava erupting from a volcano, batteries lighting up bulbs attached to a board,
solar panels, solar cookers, etc. My model of a robotic arm was highly
appreciated by the judges and I bagged the first prize.Parents were invited to the Science Fair and were very happy to see the work done by their children. My father felt proud when I received the award. An interactive session with scientists from ISRO was also organised and drew a great response. I wish there were more exhibitions of the same kind of college
