When you stand before a mirror, distance of you from mirror is equal to distance between mirror to you.

Thus, if you will move away the mirror with a velocity of 10 m/s , the mirror image will move away from  you with velocity of  10 m/s only.

Thus, your speed away from  mirror + mirror image speed away from you is  m/s, 10+10 = 20 m/s.
