Answer:

Latitudinal extent of India

8°4′north to 37°6' north

Explanation:

Firstly, the wide latitudinal extension of nearly 30 degrees results into wide variation in the climates. The southern part of India receives more sunlight than northern part which results into diversity of flora and fauna in our country. For example: In north we get tea, apples, dry fruits and medicinal plants etc. similarly from the south we get cotton, spices, mangoes and coffee etc.

Secondly, it helps in receiving monsoon from the southern part of India which lies in the warm tropical zone and from the northern part, the snow veiled Himalayas lying in the cool temperate zone is the source of perennial rivers to solve the problem of the water scarcity in the northern India.

<marquee> Hola !!! ✌️ </marquee>

The latitudinal and longitudinal extent of India is about 30o. The North-South extent is 3214 km and East-West extent is 2933 km. The distance between any two lines of longitude is maximum at the equator and goes on decreasing as one goes from the equator to the poles.

we receive the required temperatures and enjoy different seasons. the advantage is: ✓ it made a large coastal region for international trade. the longitudinal extent of india is 68° 7' 53" E to 97° 24' 47" E longitudes.
