NOTE :

For the second sum , you should not follow anti markonikov rule .Anti markonikov rule should be followed only when HBr plus peroxide is given as reagent . Here HCl plus peroxide is given , so Markonikov rule should be followed which states that negative part of the reagent ( Cl-) should be attached to the carbon which has less number of hydrogen .

And for the first one the given reagent is grignard reagent . So C2H5 has negative charge on it and MgBr has positive charge , then you can proceed with the reaction .
