Both the bodies have same momentum and 1 body is heavier than other body. then the heavy body must have a velocity lower than that of lighter body. Sure, Kinetic energy depends on mass but it is also depended on the velocity of body and by square. So, the velocity seems to have more impact on judging the kinetic energy of the body but there can be other situations as well.
