weak acid are acid which partiallly ionised in water and produces a small amount of hydrogen ions.
strong acid are acid which is completedly ionised in water and produces a large amount of hydrogen ions.
it happened because it is always recommened that we should never pour water in a concentrated acid .the student poured water in the liquid which was not right.
