the procedure is as follows
first cross multiply both sides
next multiply the quadratic eqn's with linear eqn's
next cancel the smilar numbers both side
you would get xcube[x to the power 3]-8xsquare[x to the power 2]
take x common and you will get the answer that is x=0,8
