Since pressure=Force/Area

when it is placed upright its length and breadth will be 20 and 10 respectively

so area= 20 x 10 = 200 cm^2 = 2 m^2

Pressure= 5N/0.02M^2

= 250N -m^2

in case b it is placed on widest base i.e. 30 cm

so area = 30x 20 = 600 cm^2 = 0.06m^2

Pressure= 5/0.06 = 83.3 N-m^2
