Let's Solve the first question
given \: equation \\ 2 {x}^{2}  + kx + 3 = 0 \\ now \: for \: the \: real \: roots \:  \\ the \: condition \: would \: be \:  \\ d \geqslant 0 \\ where \: d \: is \: discriminant \: which \: is \: equal \: to \: \\   {b}^{2}  - 4ac \\ in \: the \: equation \: b = k \:  \: a = 2 \:  \: c = 3 \\ now  \: {b}^{2}  - 4ac \geqslant 0 \\  {k}^{2}  - 4(2)(3)  \geqslant  0 \\  {k}^{2}  \geqslant 24 \\ k \geqslant  \sqrt{24}
