Voltage drop through 2 Ω = 3v

Voltage drop through 1.5 Ω ( parallel ) = 0.5v

Voltage drop through 3 Ω ( parallel ) = 1v

Voltage drop through 3 Ω series = 4.5v

Hence total voltage drop = ( 3 + 0.5 + 1 + 4.5 ) = 9 v
