2x+3y=81
Take square on both sides
(2x+3y)²=81²
opening the formula
4x²+9y²+2(4x)(9y)=81²
4x²+9y²=81²-72xy
4x²+9y²=6561-72(6)
4x²+9y²=6129

first of all we take the square of both side of 1st condition then put the value of XY
