u have to first eliminate
that is four line segments
in 2 nd fig in same question cross is removed
then in 3rd plus is removed
so u have to remove
And also it's surrounding should be different
that is in fig.there is square then triangle so it should be circle then u have to remove from first fig. as remove triangle u will left with inverted triangle
answer of 20) is simply mirror image which is 4)
