plz can anyone explain how to balance chemical equations

step 1: write the given equation
step 2:compare the number of atoms of reactants and products
step 3:if the atoms on both side are not equal,by multiplying with same no on both sides equal them
step 4:after balancing, compare the coefficients in that common is possible we can take common other wise noo.

There are 5steps to balance. 1 write the skeleton equation. 2. Compare no.of atoms of reactants and products. 3. Add suitable coefficient. 4. Divide the coefficient to get least whole no. 5. Verify reactants and products
