4\left(0.81\right)^{-\frac{1}{2}}\left(\left(0.064\right)^{\frac{1}{3}}+\left(0.0625\right)^{\frac{1}{4}}\right)

=4\times \frac{1}{\sqrt{0.81}}\left(0.064^{\frac{1}{3}}+0.0625^{\frac{1}{4}}\right)

=\frac{1\times \:4\left(0.064^{\frac{1}{3}}+0.0625^{\frac{1}{4}}\right)}{\sqrt{0.81}}

=\frac{4\left(0.064^{\frac{1}{3}}+0.0625^{\frac{1}{4}}\right)}{\sqrt{0.81}}

=\frac{4\left(0.4+0.0625^{\frac{1}{4}}\right)}{\sqrt{0.81}}

=\frac{4\left(0.4+0.5\right)}{\sqrt{0.81}}

=\frac{3.6}{\sqrt{0.81}}

=\frac{3.6}{0.9}

=4
