• In order to convert a sentence from reported to direct speech firstly you must be aware of the tense form and the alterations
• Here , First sentence is in Past perfect so it will be in simple past in direct speech and thus the alteration goes
• Even , all types of statements are changed to declarative when you look at the second and third ones
• Accordingly , some words too alter :

1. Now - then
2. said to - told
3. tomorrow - the next day
4. yesterday - the previous day , etc

• Even , ordered , commanded , etc are the words used for imperative ones
