It is given that the product of the digits is 12.
Taking the ten's place as x. so the digit would be x.
so taking x on the other side....it becomes 12/x.
Now it is given that the no. plus 36 interchanges the digits.
i.e. 10x + 12/x + 36 = 120/x + x.
Taking everything to the LHS ....we get a quadratic equation.
then when you solve it...you get 2 answers. one of them wont be possible and hence you can find the no.
