Every atom consists of sub atomic particles say positively charged "protons",negatively charged in "electrons".
and those u asked neutral neutrons.
*neutrons have net charge zero.
**neutrons combines with protons to form nucleus which is generally located at the centre of the atom.
*and electrons revolve around the nucleus
*neutrons are neither positively charged or negatively charged.
