ACTIVE VOICE :

The voice in which the subject of a sentence performs an action on an object is called an Active Voice.

For examples:

1. Divyam is reading a Novel.

2. Sassa is dancing in the club.

PASSIVE VOICE :

The voice in which the subject is acted upon the verb by an object is called passive voice.

For examples:

1. Dinu is helped by me.

2. Deepa is played.

RULES OF ACTIVE VOICE AND PASSIVE VOICE :

* Active voice and passive voice which are common for all tenses but we learn only passive voice of three tenses except perfect progressive or continuous tenses.

* The places of subject and object will be interchanged in the sentences.

* Only third form of the verb will be as a main verb in the passive voice.

HOW TO CHANGE ACTIVE VOICE INTO PASSIVE VOICE :

* You must make the object of the active voice into the subject of the passive voice.

* You must use the verb "to be" in the sentences as the main verb of the active voice.

* You must use the third form of the verb of the main verb of the active voice.
