Heya

y = \frac{ax + b}{cx + d}

Now, multiply and divide by : c / a

y = \frac{cx + \frac{bc}{a} }{(c/a)(cx + d)}

Add and subtract 'd' in numerator :
y = 1 + \frac{ bc-ad}{c(cx + d)}

Differentiate using chain rule :
 \frac{dy}{dx} = 0 + \frac{ -c( bc - ad ) }{ {c(cx + d)}^{2} }

Hence, the required derivative is :
\frac{ ad - bc }{ {(cx + d)}^{2} }
