It looks like in series combination but really it is in parellel combination.

Explanation:

Given=> I=1.0 A

R1= 4 ohm

R2= 16 ohm

R3= 8 ohm

In parallel combination,

1/R=

 \frac{1}{4}  +  \frac{1}{8}  +  \frac{1}{16}  =  \frac{14}{32}

so, R=

 \frac{32}{14} ohm =  \frac{16}{7} ohm

Let current flowing from 4 ohm resistor be I1,

from 16 ohm resistor be I2 & from 8 ohm resistor be I3

By putting values,

I1=V/R1= 4/7 A

I2=V/R2= 1/7 A

I3=V/R3= 2/7 A
