=) 1+ p +2 -3 +q = 0

When, f(-1) = 0

=) (-1)^4 +p(-1)^3 +2(-1)^2 -3(-1) +q=0

=) 1-p+ 2 +3 +q =0

=) -p +q= -6

Adding Equation (1) & (2), we get
