Hii There!!!

Given equations are :-

x + y = 3 -------1)

4x - 3y = 26 -------2)

From equation 1) we find the value of 'x'

=) x = 3 - y ------3)

Now , substituting the value of eq. 3) in eq. 2)
we get :-

=) 4 × ( 3 - y ) - 3y = 26

=) 12 - 4y -3y = 26

=) -7y = 26 - 12

=) -7y = 14

=) y = -14/7

=) y = -2

Now substitute the value of 'y' in equation 3) we get :-

=) x = 3 - (-2)

=) x = 3+2

=) x = 5

Hence, the value of 'x' is 5 and 'y' is (-2).

hlo friend

given
x+y = 3 -------(1)
4x-3y = 26. ------(2)

multiply 4 in eq 1 we get
4x+4y = 12
now subtract eq 2 from eq 1
we get
y = -14/7
y = -2

so putting value in eq 1 we get
x = 5

hope it helps
