you need to improve your handwriting as well as little shading bcoz some where you have used dark tone and some where light . Don't think that I am saying normally bcoz I am learning drawing since 7 years

in my opinion,u should concentrate more on ur handwriting and drw more cute and neat
and decorate it with some of the different shadings
if u do this changings this pic must be perfect and u can win the competition
