Plz explain 4 point . I can't understand ,how at maximum height H we have v=0​

because velocity increases rapidly

the velocity is 0 at max height because only if it is 0 then the next instant it falls down.if  at max height velocity is not 0 then it further travels to reach a better height...velocity decrease...becomes 0...then falls down...
