PARENCHYMA is a widely distributed in plant body such as stem, roots , leaves and flower.
FUNCTION : it stores and assimilate food.
it prepares food if chlorophyll is present. it stores waste products like gums , crystal, tannin and resins.
COLLENCHYMA is a strong and flexible tissue that provides flexibility to soft aerial parts. they are found below epidermis.
FUNCTIONS: it provides mechanical support to stem. it cells may contain chloroplast.
SCLERENCHYMA is also.a strengthening tissue .it is also found in and around the vascular tissue, under the skin is I. e the epidermis in dicot stems.
FUNCTIONS :it gives mechanical support to plant by giving rigidity, flexibility and elasticity to plant body.
it forms a protective covering around seeds and nuts.

PARENCHYMA:0parenchyma is widely distributed in plant body. they are found in cortex of root, ground tissue in stems and mesophyll of leaves.
FUNCTIONS:
1)it prepares food if chlorophyll is present.
2)it stores waste product like gums , crystals, tanninand resins.
3)they give mechanical supp.
4)help in exchange of gases.
CHOLLENCHYMA:it is strong and flexible tissue. present in root and stem.found below the epidermis in leaf stalks, leaf midribs, herbaceous dicot stems.
FUNCTIONS:
1)provides mechanical support to stem.
2)provides flexibility to soft ariel parts so that they can bend without breaking.
3)chollenchyma cells may contain chloroplasts and yake part in photo synthesis.
SCLEREN CHYMA:it is also called strengthen tissue. it is found in and around the vascular tissue.
FUNCTIONS:
1)gives the mechanical support by giving rigidity, flexibility and elasticity to plant body.
2)it forms a protective covering around seeds and nuts.
the cell wall is composed mainly of lignin.
