Plz explain, "amorphous solids float under gravity"

Glass of old house window is thicker at bottom and and thinner at the top it is due to fluidity nature of glass and considered to be super cooled liquid which is an example of amorphous solid .The bond is disprson /London which is weaker so in presence of temprature and gravity it flow easily .
