 \frac{2p + 1}{3p - 2}  =  \frac{2}{5}  \\ 5(2p + 1) = 2(3p - 2) \\ 10p + 5 = 6p - 4 \\ 10p - 6p =  - 4 - 5 \\ 4p =  - 9 \\ p =   \frac{ - 9}{4}
