Allotropes are the different forms of an element having different physical properties. For example carbon exists in the crystalline allotropes as well as amorphous.
Crystalline form:- Diamond, graphite and fullerene | Amorphous forms:- coak. sugar charcoal . wood charcoal, charcoal.Isotopes:- These are the atoms of an element having same atomic number but different atomic mass.

allotropes are different physical forms of a compound or element where as isotopes are different forms of an atom
eg allotropes - carbon - graphite, diamond
isotopes - carbon-12 and carbon-14
the no.of neutrons in isotopes varies
