plz explain fleming's right hand thumb rule?

In the right hand thumb rule,if we hold the current carrying conductor in right hand such that the thumb points in the direction of f;ow of current,then the fingers encircle the wire in the direction of the magnetic field lines.

The direction of induced current (current generated by magnet) in a coil moving perpendicular to the magnetic field can be determined by this rule. According to which, "stretch out the forefinger, middle finger and the thumb of your right hand perpendicular to each other as shown in the figure. If the thumb represents the direction of motion of conductor  (F or v), forefinger represents the direction of magnetic field (B), then the middle finger gives the direction of induced current." (FBI)
