1 national political parties..
A party that secures at least 6 percent of the total votes in lik sabha elections or assembly elections...
it should win 4 stater and 4 seats in lok sabha...
ex bahujan samaj party, bhartiya Janata party,Indian national congress..
2 state parties..
a party that secure at Least 6 percent of votes in lik sabha assembly of a state and win at least 2 seats ...
ex janata dal in kerala, uttarakhand kranti dal etc..
