the organized sector;

1- they enjoy many features provided by their companies such as paid holidays, medical benefits etc.

2- they are under the government's control

3- the government has various laws that help ensure their protection.

4- with of help of documents, they are assured job security.

5- regular pay

unorganized sector:

1- they have no features such as paid holidays and medical benefits

2- they are under the government's control but the rules are not followed

3- the laws are not followed; factory owners decide to evade tax payment, etc

4- there are no documents involved and hence no job security

5- most of them are daily wage workers and hence no regular pay
