it means that if u want a proper and correct value automatically jaise hi aap new record enter karo, u should type it in front of default value box to get the answer quickly . care should be taken i.e. if the value is alphanumeric than it should be in double quotes ... therefore the underlined line just means that if. u r writing ur record in a default value box that u should write it properly ...

it means while typing or writing we should take care to match the type of default in MS Access if the default value is alpha numeric it should be written in double quotes in order to match the default value.
