let take the L.C.M

(24x²-5*2*x+1)=0

⇒ 24x²-10x+1=0

using

-6*- 4=24

⇒-6-4=-10

24x²-6x-4x+1=0

6x(4x-1)-1(4x-1)=0

⇒ 6x-1=0 or 4x-1=0

⇒6 x=1 or 4x=1

⇒ x=1/6 or x=1/4

⇒ the factors are x=1/6 or x=1/4
