I think the only problem you have is in (III) see,
When image is reflected in line parallel to y-axis the coordinate of x will change.It will be given by.
(-x+2a,y)
Since Q is (1,2) so Q' will be (-1+2(3),2)
So answer will be(5,2)
ANSWER IN BOOK IS WRONG.
