R1 and R2 are connected in series.

therefore, R1+R2 (R')= 2r + 4r

=6r

again, R4 and R5 are also connected in series.

Therefore, R4 + R5(R") = 7r + 10r

Therefore, the equivalent resistance (R) will be -

1/R = 1/R' + 1/R" + 1/R3
