Area of a parallelogram = bh
Here ,
b = AB = 30 cm
and
h = AE = 6.5 cm

∴ ar(ABCD) = bh
= AB × AE
= 30 × 6.5
= 195 cm²

Similarly ,
We can find the area of parallelogram ABCD by taking AD as base and AF as height.

AD = 25 cm
AF = ?

ar(ABCD) = 195 cm²
bh = 195 cm²
AD × AF = 195 cm²
25 × AF = 195 cm²
AF = 195 cm² ÷ 25
∴ AF = 7.8 cm
