as \: we \: know \: that \: in \: a \: circle \: when \: two \: tangents \: are \: drawn \: from \: a \: point \: they \: are \: equal \: and \: posses \: equal \: angle \: to \: the \: centre \: o \: with \: angle \: opq = angle \: oqp
then in triangle POQ angle OPQ +angle OQP+angle POQ=180°---------(1)
then in quadrilateral POQT angle PTQ+angle POQ= 180°------(2)
now from (1) and (2)
angle OPQ +angle OQP= angle PTQ
as we saw above that angles opposite to equal sides are equal.
Therefore angle OPQ+ angle OPQ= angle PTQ
2angle OPQ = angle PTQ
